15. 7 ALARM OUTPUT HDD Cancel Apply Figure 3 88 3 11 Network 3 11 1 Basic Setup The single network adapter interface is shown in Figure 3 89 and the dual network adapters interface is shown in Figure 3 90 e Network Mode Includes multiple access fault tolerance and load balancing lt gt Multiple address mode eth0 and eth1 operate separately You can use the services such as HTTP RTP service via etho0 or the eth1 Usually you need to set one default card default setup is etho to request the auto network service form the device end such as DHCP email FTP etc In multiple address mode system network status is shown offline once one card is offline lt Network fault tolerance In this mode device uses bond0 to communicate with the external devices You can focus on one host IP address At the same time you need to set one master card Usually there is only one running card master card System can enable alternate card when the master card is malfunction The system is shown offline once these two cards are both offline Please note these two cards shall be in the same LAN lt Load balance In this mode device uses bondO to communicate with the external device The eth0 and eth1 are both working now and bearing the network load Their network load are general the same The system is shown offline once these two cards are both offline Please note these two cards shall be in the same LAN Copyright Sentient Al

19. acoustics e Audio cable is damaged e Device hardware malfunctions 9 There is audio when monitoring but there is no audio when system playback These are the following possibilities e Setup is not correct Please enable audio function e Corresponding channel has no video input Playback is not continuous when the screen is blue Copyright Sentient All documentation rights reserved 131 10 Time display is not correct These are the following possibilities e Setup is not correct e Battery contact is not correct or voltage is too low e Crystal is broken 11 Device cannot control PTZ These are the following possibilities e Front panel PTZ error e PTZ decoder setup connection or installations are not correct e Cable connection is not correct e PTZ setup is not correct e PTZ decoder and device protocols are not compatible e PTZ decoder and device addresses are not compatible e When there are several decoders please add 120 Ohm between the PTZ decoder A B cables furthest end to delete the reverberation or impedance matching Otherwise the PTZ control will not be stable e The distance is too far 12 Motion detection function does not work These are the following possibilities e Period setup is not correct e Motion detection zone setup is not correct e Sensitivity is too low e For some versions there is hardware limit 1 I cannot log in client end or web These are the following possibi
