1. out of the hole on the left side of the machine Fit the condenser with the 3 screws and washers from the accessory bag Tighten screws well see picture 8 amp 9 I Be careful not to damage the cable attached to the bottom vapour outlet see picture 10 J Fit the metal protected white hose to the bottom stud of the condenser all the way to the flange of the stud see picture 11 K Tighten the hose clamp with a flat head screwdriver see picture 12 L Fit the white hose from the boiling vessel firmly onto the top stud of the condenser pushing the hose all the way to the end of the stud see picture 13 M Fit the lose hose clamp on top of the stud and white hose and tighten the hose clamp with an 8 mm spanner see picture 14 Secure the hose clamp well N Fit the right back panel see picture 15 O Fit the mounting hook mounting clip and the collecting plate on the side of the machine see picture 16 Tighten the screws P Fit the suction tube to the mounting clip see picture 17 Q Hang the discharge handle on the mounting hook see picture 17 R Cut and remove the cable tie that is blocking the white hose see picture 18 Make sure that hose 1s straight and not blocked S At the lower right hand side of the unit under the door fit an air connector 1 4 male thread to the air inlet see picture 19 and connect an air line to the unit The requirements of the air supply can be found in the General instruc2. Assembly instructions for the DRESTER 10500CS DOCUMENT NO 13586 REV 051121 CN APPROVED PAGE 1 9 ASSEMBLY The DRESTER 10500CS 1s delivered complete in a box and there are just a few details that need to be assembled Tools needed to assemble the machine are a 13 mm and 8 mm spanner and a flat head screwdriver Step A S below describes how to assemble the machine A Remove the sides of the crate by unscrewing the screws that attach the sides to the pallet and lift the crate sides straight up see picture 1 B The unit is lying on its front Lift the unit backwards up see picture 2 Do not turn the machine on the side Remove the brown anti corrosion paper C Remove right back cover to open machine by pulling the handle backwards and outwards Slide the panel along the rear handle bar see picture 3 D Remove all the transport protection foil and tape from the outside and inside of the machine see picture 4 E Remove the red transport hoses and the white plastic plug of the oil inlet see picture 5 NOTE Unit is pre filled with correct amount of diathermic oil No oil filling is needed F Inthe boiler you find the accessory bag with screws for the assembly of the condenser and mounting hooks for the suction tube and tap handle see picture 6 G Remove the black cover from the condenser se picture 7 H Gently lift the condenser and turn it a bit so that the 3 brackets centres in the 3 holes and the bottom stud sticks
