Al fine di poter determinare la quantit dei profili necessari occorre dopo aver definito la posizione di attacco sulla landa del corpo motoriduttore procedere come segue e Verificare la lunghezza A dello strallo dal centro del foro di attacco sulla landa alla piombatura del terminale superiore Scegliere nella tabella della pagina seguente la misura W in funzione del foro utilizzato sulla landa Applicare la seguente formula A W X Z 100 1500 Numero dei profili Dove A lunghezza dello strallo misurata dal centro del foro di attacco sulla landa alla piombatura del terminale superiore W la misura dal centro del foro di attacco sulla landa alla base di partenza del profilo inferitore X ela lunghezza del profilo inferitore 750 mm per BMG 50R 1500 mm per BMG 52 BMG 60 e BMG 70 Z la lunghezza del profilo terminale 100 distanza fissa tra terminale e piombatura strallo 1500 lunghezza di un profilo intermedio Vediamo un esempio pratico e Lunghezza A dello strallo 13250 mm e Modello profilo BMG 50R e Lunghezza W 829 mm Applichiamo la formula 46 della lunghezza N Profili di un profilo 13250 829 750 370 100 1500 1 46 Si dovranno quindi utilizzare 7 profili interi ed accorciare un ottavo profilo alla lunghezza di 690 mm Vedere il capitolo C 3 Preparazione al montaggio per la corretta procedura per il taglio del profilo NOTA tale misura valida solo per i profili BMG 50R UM_E
