Assigning a group of new data items Select the Assignments tab Read all the iButtons to be assigned with the M8000 RB At this point do not read any of the iButtons in the Incident Book Place the M8000 RB RECORDER in the P8000 Download Cradle Press Download All Buttons will be automatically transferred to this data folder Tab With a click of the mouse choose one of the iButtons listed on the screen Select the Edit button located at the Menu bar On the following window enter the name of the Checkpoint Officer Guard Supervisor Vehicle number or the name number of other persons or elements to be controlled In the Type window select the type category to which the iButton belongs i e Checkpoint Supervisor Officer Vehicle etc Press the Add Type button to add additional Types 10 Checkpoints Only In the Tour Area window select the Tour Area to which the checkpoint is to be assigned Press the Add Area button to add additional Areas 11 Checkpoints Only The Checkpoint Schedule window will appear the Checkpoint s number of readings per each day of the week and per each hour of the day number of times per hour the station is to be visited can be scheduled here Click and Slide your mouse to assign the number of readings per hour to all hours of the day When finished Click Save Exit pmo ord omo sa Detex Corporation 302 Detex Drive New Braunfels TX 78130 Phone 800 729 3839 To
