Sichtkontrolle des Amalgamstands Abb 2 3 Seite 53 Die Sichtkontrolle des Amalgamstands ist h ufig und einer Methode folgend vorzunehmen Wenn man beachtet dass die Zerst rung eines wiederaufgebauten Backenzahnes den Amalgamstand um 1 mm erh hen kann erscheint es notwendig den Amalgamstand im Sammelbeh lter vor jedem Eingriff bei dem der Amalgamsammelbeh lter verwendet wird zu kontrollieren Der rote Strich 11 zeigt den mit dem Abscheider kompatiblen H chststand an der auf keinen Fall berschritten werden darf Es kann daher abgewartet werden dass der rote Strich erreicht ist bevor der Beh lter ausgewechselt wird Wir empfehlen jedoch den Beh lter auszuwechseln sobald der Amalgamstand ca 5 mm unter dem roten Strich 11 liegt und den Amalgamstand jeden Abend nach der normalen Reinigung der Absauganlage zu berpr fen Auswechseln des Amalgamsammelbeh lters Abb 1 2 Seite 52 53 Vor der Durchf hrung dieses Eingriffes sind Einweghandschuhe anzuziehen und es ist die Schutzmaske und die Schutzbrille anzuwenden um sich vor eventuellen Spritzern zu sch tzen die Maschine an der der Abscheider installiert ist vom Stromnetz isolieren Netzstecker ziehen und den Hahn 12 aufdrehen damit die im Abscheider und im Sammelbeh lter verbliebene Fl ssigkleit ablaufen kann Nachdem der Amalgamabscheider wieder geschlossen wurde ist die dr nierte Fl ssigkeit abzusaugen um die in der Fl ssigkeit eventuelle vorhandenen A

DIE ANWENDUNGEN DES HYDROZYKLON ISO Hydroabscheider ISO Mini Abscheider und Hydrozyklon ISO Der Hydroabscheider ISO wird in zwei Ausf hrungen hergestellt und zwar f r ein oder f r mehere Behandlungszimmer mit oder ohne elektronische Kontrolle des Amalgamabscheiders Kurzfassung des Handbuchs Abb 6 7 8 Seite 56 59 Die Installation erfolgt im Behandlungsstuhl Die angesaugte Fl ssigkeit muss mit einem leichten Gef lle zum Mini Abscheider Abb 6 Det A bef rdert werden was einen besseren Betrieb gew hrleistet Die Luft tritt aus dem Auslass B aus sobald der Absauggutstand die beiden langen F hler Det C erreicht Die Dr npumpe D bef rdert das Absauggut zum Abscheider ISO E Das Amalgam wird von der Fl ssigkeit getrennt und sammelt sich im Beh lter F w hrend die Fl ssigkeit in die Kanalisation Ausgang 4 abgelassen wird Sobald der Absauggutstand den k rzeren F hler H erreicht wird das Absaugen unterbrochen und wird wieder aufgenommen sobald der Stand unter die beiden l ngeren F hler absinkt Die Speibecken Dr nagegruppe I aktiviert den Absaugbetrieb in Anwesenheit von Fl ssigkeit Das Speibecken ist zeitgesteuert 20 Sekunden Der Filter L ist t glich zu reinigen Falls die elektronische Amalgamstandkontrolle installiert ist weist diese auf einen vollen Mini Abscheider und einen vollen Amalgambeh lter hin Auf Seite 59 befindet sich der Schaltplan AC 35 Abb 13 und die elektrischen Anschl ss
