1. 38 Patientenanschl sse Das Zubeh rset des Elektrokardiographen enth lt ein 10 adriges Patientenkabel Dieses Kabel wird in den Patientenanschluss auf der rechten Seite des Ger ts eingesteckt und mit den beiden Schrauben gesichert Das EKG Ger t ist CF klassifiziert Das bedeutet dass der Patientenanschluss hoch isoliert und defibrillationsfest ist Der Schutz gegen Defibrillationsspannungen ist jedoch nur gew hrleistet wenn das dazugeh rige Original Patientenkabel von SCHILLER Teil Nr 2 4000 70 USA 2 400071 verwendet wird Bei der EKG Aufnahme ist darauf zu achten dass weder der Patient noch die leitf higen Teile des Patientenanschlusses oder der Elektroden auch der neutralen Elektrode mit anderen leitf higen Gegenst nden auch wenn diese geerdet sind oder Personen in Ber hrung kommen Die Qualit t der EKG Aufnahme h ngt ins besondere von der Vorbereitung der Haut und dem Widerstand zwischen Hautoberfl che und Elektroden ab Je niedriger der Widerstand zwischen Haut und Elektrode desto besser die Qualit t Beachten Sie deshalb Folgendes SCHILLER Stellen Sie sicher dass der Patient entspannt ist und nicht friert Entfernen Sie den Haarwuchs an den Hautstellen an denen die Elektroden angebracht werden Reinigen Sie diese Hautstellen gr ndlich mit Alkohol Beginnen Sie mit dem Anbringen der Elektrode C4 im Schnittpunkt des 5 Interkostalraums ICR mit der Medioclavicularlinie
