MPTION FIGURANT SUR LE FLACON La derni re date laquelle cette notice a t approuv e est 03 2003 MODE D EMPLOI Avant la premi re utilisation V rifier que l enveloppe en mati re plastique transparente n est ni ouverte ni d t rior e La d chirer et d gager le flacon Tenir le flacon en position verticale et visser fond le bouchon pour enfoncer l embout AVANT D visser le bouchon pour ouvrir le flacon Constater la position enfonc e de l embout Le flacon se trouve alors en position de fonctionnement APR S Retirer la capsule de fond du flacon afin de d gager le soufflet en s parant les deux l ments comme l indique la photo Retourner le flacon et le tenir entre le pouce et le majeur Instiller une goutte dans l il en appuyant l g rement sur le soufflet avec l index sans relacher jusqu l apparition d une goutte Reboucher le flacon apr s instillation INFORMATION CONSERVATEURS Un collyre est une solution destin e l instillation oculaire Cette solution doit rester st rile pour viter toute contamination microbienne de l il Afin d assurer cette st rilit la plupart des collyres en flacon contiennent un agent antimicrobien appel agent conservateur Ces agents peuvent tre responsables de r actions deg et ou toxiques au niveau de la surface oculaire et du film lacrymal power se manifester par des picotements br

SED This drug is presented in the form of eyedrops in solution Dropper bottles each containing 10 m This eyedrops is indicated in the symptomatic treatment of ry eyes WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED BEFORE USING FLUIDABAK 1 5 eyedrops in solution Never use FLUIDABAK 1 5 eyedrops in solution If you are allergic to one of the ingredients contained in this medicine PRECAUTIONS FOR USE e Do not inject or swallow e Consult your physician if symptoms persist e If you are using other eyedrops at the same time instil the edron 15 minutes apart e Do not touch the eye with the tip of the bottle e Return the stopper to the bottle after use PREGNANCY Consult your physician or pharmacist before using any medicines BREAST FEEDING Consult your physician or pharmacist before using any medicines ABILITY TO DRIVE AND OPERATE MACHINERY You are advised not to drive or operate machinery if your vision becomes blurred on instilling the eyedrops TAKING OR USING OTHER MEDICINAL PRODUCT Please inform your physician or pharmacist if you are tahing ar ave recently taken another drug even in the case of Over the Counter medicinal product non prescription medicina product HOW DO YOU USE FLUIDABAK 1 5 eyedrops in solution Instil one dop of the eyedrops 4 to 6 times a day depending on the frequency and severity of the symptoms Topical application OCULAR INSTILLATION e Carefully wash your hands b
4. efore instilling the eyedrops e Do not allow the tip of the bottle to come into contact with the eye or eyelids Instil 1 drop of eyedrops into the lower conjunctival sac of the eye to be treated by looking upwards and gently pulling the lower lid downwards Follow the instructions outlined below so that the bottle functions properly see photos Instil 1 drop of eyedrops when you experience discomfort dryness burning ae of the eyes Administer in 4 to 6 divided daily doses If you forget to take FLUIDABAK 1 5 eyedrops in solution Instil one drop of eye if required as soon as you remember Do not double the dose to compensate for the dose you have forgotten to take WHAT ARE THE POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS Like all drugs FLUIDABAK 1 5 eyedrops in solution may trigger side effects e Occasionally transient sensation of burning or sticky eyes e Rarely irritation or hypersensitivity Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you experience any side effects not listed in this patient information leaflet HOW TO STORE FLUIDABAK 1 5 eyedrops in solution Before opening no specific storage Instructions After opening the eyedrops can be kept for 8 weeks Write the date of opening on the packaging KEEP OUT OF THE REACH AND SIGHT OF CHILDREN DO NOT USE ONCE THE EXPIRY DATE INDICATED ON THE BOTTLE HAS ELAPSED This patient information leaflet was approved 03 2003 HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS Bef

8. ore using for the first time Check that the transparent plastic wrapping is not opened or amaged Tear open and remove the bottle Hold the bottle in a vertical position screw down the ca completely to a the nozzle in BEFORE 2 Unscrew the cap to open the bottle Check that the nozzle has been completely pushed in The bottle is then ready for use pant Remove the bottle cap on the base and separate the two elements to release the pump mechanism as shown in the photo 4 Tm the bottle upside down and hold it between thumb and forefinger Instil one drop into the eye while lookin T and pulling the eyelid downwards slightly by pressing lightly on the pump mechanism with your index inger and continuing to press until a drop appears Screw the bottle closed immediately after instillation ABOUT PRESERVATIVES edrop medecine is a solution intended for instillation into the eye This type of solution must be kept sterile in order to avoid the risk of microbial contamination of the eye In order to ensure sterility most eye drops contain an antimicrobial agent known as a preservative However this type of product can cause allergic and or toxic reactions on the surface of the eye and in the tear film these conditions result in itching burning sensation or watering of the qe and more generally in a feeling of discomfort This intolerance is increased by prolonged use of the eye solution in questio
