Danach muss der Ausleger am Aluminiumprofil des Schiebetisches mit zwei Fl gelschrauben D befestigt werden Die beiden Kontermuttern M20 m ssen auf das Gewinde des St tzarms aufge schraubt werden Sie dienen zur H heneinstellung des Auslegers H ngen Sie nun den St tzarm in die Schiebetischf hrung ein und justieren Abb 8 Sie diesen in der H he mit Hilfe des Kontermuttersystems Der Ausleger muss in einer H he mit dem Haupttisch und dem Aluminiumprofil liegen Sobald Sie diese Einstellung gemacht haben fixieren Sie die Kontermuttern M20 entsprechend 9 2 Montage Lineal am Ausleger Das Lineal A kann am Ausleger in unterschiedlichen Winkeln befestigt wer den Hierzu muss man den an der Unterseite des Lineals befindlichen Bolzen Abb 9 in entweder das vordere oder hintere Loch im Ausleger stecken je nach An wendung Danach mit der Klemmlasche und Fl gelmutter C ebenfalls am Lineal befestigt das Lineal im gew nschten Winkel fixieren Das Lineal kann f r bestimmte Anwendungen ausgezogen werden Der Kippanschlag D kann l ngs des Lineals an eine gew nschte Position verschoben und fixiert wer den 9 3 Montage Besaumschuh Abb 10 Der Bes umschuh A kann l ngs der T Nut im Aluschiebetisch verschoben und in der gewunschten Position mit der Schraube B fixiert werden 9 4 Montage EIN AUS Schalter Stecken Sie die mitgelieferte Dichtung in die dafur vorgesehene Ausnehmung am Schalter und verschrauben Sie den Schalter am

Schalter mit NOT AUS Funktion Abb 4 Der Schalter im Bild nebenan dient als EIN AUS Schalter und ist auch mit einer NOT AUS Funktion ausgestattet Der gr ne Schalter a ist der EIN und der rote b der AUS Schalter Die Maschine kann ebenfalls zum Stillstand gebracht werden indem auf dem gro Ben roten Knopf au erhalb NOT AUS Schalter gedr ckt wird INFORMATION Der Schalter ist ebenfalls mit einem Unter Spannung Relais ausgestattet Wenn das Relais aufgrund eines Spannungsabfalls der Versorgungsspannung auslost kann die Maschine durch dr cken des gr nen Knopfes a wieder aktiviert werden 8 EINSTELLFUNKTIONEN 8 1 Handrad zum Einstellen der Schnitthohe Die Schnitth he kann mit dem Handrad c stufenlos verstellt bzw eingestellt werden 8 2 Winkelverstellung des S geblattes Abb 6 Das S geblatt kann mit dem Handrad d stufenlos von der vertikalen Position 09 bis 45 verstellt werden Mit der Fl gelschraube am Handrad kann die gew nschte Position fixiert werden 9 ZUSAMMENBAU DER TISCHKREISSAGE Die Maschine wir in einer Holzkiste Hauptteil der Maschine und einem Karton Schiebe tisch vorassembliert geliefert 9 1 Montage Ausleger Abb 7 Packen Sie den Rahmen A und den St tzarm B des Schiebetischauslegers aus der Verpackung aus und verschrauben Sie diese wie im folgenden Bild abgebildet mit 2 Fl gelschrauben HOLZMANN Maschinen Austria amp www holzmann maschinen at Formatkreiss ge TS 250FL
