38. 5 3 Elektrischer Anschluss der Schwimmbadpumpen AA Der Elektroanschluss darf nur durch Fachpersonal erfolgen AM In der Elektroinstallation ist eine Trennvorrichtung vorzusehen die das Abtrennen vom Netz mit mindestens 3mm Kontakt ffnung jedes Poles gestattet Bei Pumpen mit Drehstrommotoren 400V muss ein richtig eingestellter Mo torschutzschalter installiert sein Da dieser bei eventuellen Betriebsst rungen die Stromversorgung des Motors nicht dauerhaft trennt sollte ein zus tzlicher Motorschutzschal ter installiert werden F r Sch den am Motor die durch den Einbau eines externen Motorschutzschalters verhindert werden k nnen haftet der Hersteller der Pumpe nicht Dazu bitte Motorwerte auf dem Motortypenschild beachten Ansonsten erlischt jeglicher Gew hrleistungsanspruch bei Motorschaden Bei Wechselstrommotoren ist ein automa tisch schaltender Motor berlastungsschutz eingebaut AA Der versorgende Stromkreis ist mit einer Fehlerstromschutzeinrichtung mit einem Nennstromfehler von lan lt 30mA zu sch tzen A Der Motor muss geerdet werden A Bei Pumpen mit Drehstrommotor 400V istbei der ersten Inbetriebnahme daraufzu achten dass der Motor sich in Richtung des aufgeklebten Pfeils dreht 6 Betrieb Bedienung In diesem Abschnitt finden Sie Informationen ber das Fer tigmachen zum Betrieb und ber die weitere Bedienung der Schwimmbadpumpen 6 1 Fertigmachen zum Betrieb Niemals die Pumpe trocken lau

Der von den Schwimmbadpumpen ausgehende maximale Dauerschalldruckpegel ist im Kapitel Technische Daten angegeben Abh ngig von den rtlichen Bedingungen kann ein h herer Schalldruckpegel entstehen der L rmschwerh rigkeit ver ursacht In diesem Fall ist das Bedienungspersonal mit ent sprechenden Schutzausr stungen oder Schutzma nahmen abzusichern 5 2 Anschluss der Rohrleitungen Es ist darauf zu achten dass nach der Montage der Anschl sse keine Leckagen entstehen Werden das Eingangs und Ausgangsrohr direkt in die Pumpe geschraubt so darf nur Teflon zur Dichtung verwendet werden Hanf oder andere Dichtungsmittel d rfen nicht verwendet werden Werden Verschraubungen verwendet darf keine Dichtungsmasse zum Einsatz kommen Die Verschraubungen dichten mit O Ring und sind handfest anzuziehen Pumpeneingangs und Ausgangsgewinde sind mit einem Gewindestop versehen Das Gewinde anschlussteil darf nur bis zum Gewindestop eingeschraubt werden p PPP Die Rohrleitungsmontage soll grunds tzlich an der Pumpe beginnen um Spannungen am Pumpengeh use zu verhin dern Die Ansaug und Druckleitung sollen unabh ngig voneinander m glichst dicht an der Pumpe abgefangen werden um Rohrleitungsspannungen gering zu halten Luftpolster k nnen verhindert werden indem die Ansauglei tung leicht steigend zur Pumpe hin installiert wird Es sind mindestens 50 cm geraden Zulauf zum Ansaugstutzen ohne Winkel etc zu installieren
