Nordic ab OoOO u Suspension User Manual and Safety Instructions Examples of tools you will need to perform disassembly and assembly 1 Adjustable tools 2 Adjustable tools 3 Flat screwdriver Parts included in the suspension set 1 a Suspension unit b 2 pcs metal discs c 1 pcs Self locking nut Removal og NordicCab standard wheel axle 1 Use the screwdriver and adjustable wrench to force off the lock washer 2 When this is off you can push the black button on the end of the bolt to remove the axle parts Keep the parts Lock Washer Aluminum cylinder and Wheel bolt You may need them later 1 2 Mounting the Suspension 1 Turn the Cab over on its side 2 Press the black push button and insert the suspension in to the holes on the side of the frame There will be a click and it should not be possible to remove the unit without pressing the black button dE eS Insert the first disc on the device Put the wheel on the groove of the ball bearings facing up Insert the second disc Put on the self locking nut Tighten the nut with a wrench Do not tighten the nut too much This can damage the bearings in the wheel The wheel should have slight movement between the device and nut Always check before use that the wheels and suspension is attached and cannot fall off
