Rep Albo Online n 00058 VI 1 19 04 12 Institutions Markets Technologies IMT INSTITUTE FOR ADVANCED STUDIES LUCCA Working Paper User s Guide Definition A Working Paper is a preliminary scientific or scholarly document that could be submitted to a peer reviewed conference or academic journal Purpose The Working Papers series was established to facilitate the timely dissemination of research produced within the Research Areas of IMT to the scientific and academic community both national and international The series only publishes scientific or scholarly works that are in final or nearly final form They should be appropriate for submission to a national or international journal This also applies to reports and presentations given at conferences waiting to be published in the conference proceedings collected or otherwise The following materials are not appropriate for inclusion in the Working Paper Series notes course materials exercises or parts of research reports or theses that have not been substantially reworked Scientific Areas IMT has established two Working Papers series one for each Research Area of IMT and the research carried out by its members Submission Authors are to submit the paper to a designated representative of the relevant Research Area attaching thereto the assessment by at least one authoritative scholars in the relevant field to be selected by the author him or herself Once eval2. or each Research Area published online and made available for free download in pdf format Distribution IMT Working Paper Series are accessible via Internet in the IMT Eprints institutional repository Once the Working Paper has been deposited in EPrints the author has the option of submitting it to other disciplinary repositories In this case the author is responsible for providing the manager of Eprints with the information pertaining to deposit in the other repository such as DOI URI and URL In the case that the Technical Report is presented at conference or published in a journal or book the author Should inform the Eprints manager thereof Copyright It is the responsibility of the individual author to safeguard the copyright of the document and to exercise the rights and responsibilities pertaining thereto IMT Institutions Markets Technologies INSTITUTE FOR ADVANCED STUDIES LUCCA www imtlucca it Piazza San Ponziano 6 55100 Lucca Italy Tel 39 0583 4326 561 Fax 39 0583 4326 565 info imtlucca it
