DM 2 MULTISTANDARD DEMODULATOR OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS DM 2 is a multistandard demodulator INSTALLATION DM 2 must be installed in a dry and locked room Sufficient air current must pass around the unit Do not cover the air passage holes located at top of the unit The signal source is connected to RF IN connector and the VIDEO OUT is connected to the monitor The power supply is connected to DC IN connector Use the power supply equipped only PROGRAMMING DM 2 converter is controlled with the push buttons UP DOWN and SELECT When DM 2 is powered it goes to lock mode To open the locking code press UP DOWN and SELECT at the same time Firstly release UP and DOWN and then SELECT The display lights up showing the input frequency of DM 2 The input frequency of DM 2 can be changed now with the UP and DOWN push buttons After selecting the required input frequency wait about 5 seconds until the LOCK led lights up and the frequency is stored Press SELECT The TV standard can be changed now with the UP and DOWN push buttons The standards B G D K L and L are available After selecting the required TV standard wait about 5 seconds until the LOCK led lights up and the standard is stored Programming is ready now and the display except LOCK led is switched off automatically and DM 2 is locked TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Input frequency 48 25 855 25 MHz Transmission standard VSB B G DIK I L L Input level 65
