3. cable is not connected Make sure the Wharfedale iPod speaker is plugged in and the LED is illuminated Make sure the Wharfedale iPod speaker is with battery and the battery is working if Wharfedale iPod speaker is not plugged in Power isn t turned on Press the Power button if there is no change on the indicator of the iPod please press the Power button again Volume Level too low The volume level might be too low press Volume button on the panel to adjust No playable file on iPod Make sure your iPod is on and a track is selected for playback Your iPod is not charging Make sure the power cable is securely plugged in to a functioning wall socket The symbol on the small connector is matched with that on rear panel of the Wharfedale iPod speaker Refer to Figure 4 on page 4 Make sure your iPod is firmly seated in the dock After quickly undocking or docking your iPod Remove your iPod from the dock wait for 5 seconds and return it to the dock Unplug the power cable for 1 minute then plug it back to reset the system iPod does not dock properly Remove your iPod from the dock wait briefly then reset it You may need to do this for few times TROUBLESHOOTING Symptom Problem Solution Slide the volume button on the panel to reduce volume Distortion and noise are easily noticed with high powered speakers when playing poor Volume
