1. Apply the above procedure for both right and left side frames NOTE PART 7 LOCATION OF HOLES 2 ON TOP cy AND CENTER HOLE TOWARDS BOTTOM d t 3rd Keyhole 4th Keyhole Open face to Left n L k Step 2 BEAM ASSEMBLY Install a 24 Double Rivet Beam Item 4 into the bottom keyholes of both Rear and Front Angle Posts Note Make sure Beam flange is upright refer to detail Install an additional 24 Double Rivet Beam to the top keyholes of the Front Angle Posts and the 3rd and 4th keyhole of the mid section of Rear Angle Post Tap the Beam firmly with mallet at the joints to secure pieces together Apply the above procedure for both right and left side frames 1stkeyhole 2nd keyhole Step 3 REAR TOP BEAM Assemble a 48 Double Rivet Beam Item 5 to the rear 3rd amp 4th keyholes of the mid section of the left and right frames Make sure flange is up refer to detail Tap the beam close to its joints to secure it in place Step 4 REAR BOTTOM BEAM Assemble a 48 Double Rivet Beam Item 5 to the rear bottom keyholes of the left and right frames Make sure flange is up refer to detail Tap the beam close to its joints to secure it in place Flange Up REAR ANGLE POST ASSEMBLY Assemble Top Rear Posts to Bottom Rear Posts Item 2R to 1R and Item 2L to1L Note Right Rear Post Assembly Shown in Picture to the Rig2. passera pas la p riode expresse de la garantie accord e Dateline Products LLC ne sera pas responsable des dommages indirects ou accessoires Certains pays n autorisent pas l exclusion ou la limitation des dommages indirects ou accessoires ou une imitation sur la dur e d une garantie implicite I se peut que les Imitations ou les exclusions cl es c dessus ne s appliquent pas vous 9
3. to the Drawer Glide on the frame refer to detail Slide the Glide Tracks into the Drawer Glides to gether until the drawer is completely closed Be sure to open and close the drawer to lock the glide pieces together E Step 13 PEGBOARD INSTALLATION Align the holes of the Pegboard Item 13 to the upper holes on rear post of the frame enlarged detail to the right shows backside of frame Insert a Pegboard Screw Item 15 from the front through the rear angle post and Pegboard place Washer Item 14 and fasten with Hex Nut Item 16 Start with the two top holes working down to the two bottom holes Refer to detail Keep the fasteners loose until all screws washers and nuts are in place This facilitates the alignment of the screws through the holes Step 14 SHELF BOARD and HANDLE INSTALLATION Install the Shelf Board Item 11 into the work Center Shelf Frame and release it into the frame Install one Bench Board Item 10 on top of frame Install the remaining Bench Board Item 10 into the lower frame Install the Handle Item 19 Kit to Drawer Front as shown S a gt Lifetime Limited Warranty This warranty is extended on to tho orginal Consumer ol our products This warranty gives you speci legal rights and you may also have legal rights which vary trom state to state Dateline Products LLC products are warranted against manulacturing detects in mate

6. ht Final Rear Angle Post Assemblies Shown Below Step 5 FRONT TOP BEAM Assemble a 48 Double Rivet Beam Item 5 to the front top keyholes of the left and right frames Make sure flange is up refer to detail Tap the beam close to its joints to secure it in place Step 6 FRONT BOTTOM BEAM Assemble a 48 Double Rivet Beam Item 5 to the front bottom keyholes of the left and right frames Make sure flange is up refer to detail Tap the beam close to its joints to lock it in place Step 7 WORK CENTER SHELF Pre Assemble the 48 Work Center Shelf Items 6 6L and 6R as shown Make sure the flanges are down Tap all connections close to their joints to lock in place Install assembled Shelf into the back top keyholes Tap to lock assembly into Rear Angle Posts Item 6 Assembly Step 8 WORK CENTER BEAM amp SHELF Assemble the Work Center Beam Item 6 by aligning it into the rear keyholes of the right and left angle posts Once the Work Center Beam is in the keyholes tap firmly near its joints with a mallet to secure it into place Step 9 PREPARING DRAWER GLIDES Disassemble the Left and Right Drawer Glides Items N 17 amp 18 into two parts by pressing the plastic lever and pulling the parts away from each other Refer to detail Glide parts A Illustrates the outer mounting channel B Illustrates the inner slide NOTE The above disas

10. sembly procedures apply to both Left Drawer Glides Item 18 and Right Drawer Glides Item 17 TN Step 10 INSTALLING DRAWER GLIDES TO FRAME Note the Outer mounting channels of the Left and Right Drawer Glides disas sembled in Step 9 will be used here refer to Step 9 Glide part A Install the left outer mounting channel to the drawer mount on the left end of frame First secure rear tab by pushing it in and back refer to detail Second lock front tab by pushing it in and down refer to detail Repeat to install right outer mounting channel to right end of frame Step 11 DRAWER ASSEMBLY Align and insert rivets of the Front Drawer Beam Item 9 and Rear Drawer Beam Item 9A into the keyholes of both Right and Left Drawer Sides Item 8 Then tap the Drawer Beams Items 9 and 9A firmly near the joints with a mallet securing the drawer frame together Insert Drawer Board Item 12 into assembled drawer frame Assemble the left glide inner slide refer to Step 9 Glide part B into the slots of the drawer side First secure rear tab by pushing it in and forward Second lock front tab by pushing it in and up Repeat the above procedure for the Right Glide inner slide Open End Ao 7 Closed End Step 12 INSERTING DRAWER On the workbench frame extend out the Drawer Glides on the outer mounting channels see Step 9 Align the inner slide on drawer
