Instructions Cz g GRACO Replacement Control Board Kit for Ultra Max Il 695 795 1095 1595 Ultimate Mx Il 695 795 1095 1595 TexSpray Mark IV Mark V 313788A This manual contains kit installation instructions only For detailed sprayer information and warnings i IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS see Repair manual included with the sprayer Pressure Relief Procedure Installation NOTE Replacement Control Board is programmed at factory No clipping of resistors is necessary SKIN INJECTION HAZARD 1 Perform Pressure Relief Procedure system from starting or spraying accidentally Fluid remove control box and remove control board refer under high pressure can be injected through skin and to sprayer Repair manual for detailed instructions cause serious injury To reduce risk of injury from injection splashing fluid or moving parts follow 3 Clean old thermal paste off of back of control board Pressure Relief Procedure whenever you and the mating areas on the sprayer e are instructed to relieve pressure e stop spraying 4 Apply a thin layer of thermal paste to the two compo e check or service any system equipment nents on the back of the control board e install or clean spray tip 5 Install control board control box connect wires and Turn pressure to zero install shroud refer to sprayer Repair manual for detailed instructions _ 2 Turn on off switch to OFF 3 Unplug power supply cord2.
