5. and control of audio devices 1 High De nition Audio supports Jack Sensing but the panel wire on the chassis must support HDA to function correctly Please follow the instruction in our manual and chassis manual to install your system 2 If you use AC 97 audio panel please install it to the front panel audio header as below A Connect Mic IN MIC to MIC2 L B Connect Audio R RIN to OUT2 R and Audio L LIN to OUT2 L C Connect Ground GND to Ground GND D MIC RET and OUT RET are for HD audio panel only You don t need to connect them for AC 97 audio panel System Panel Header PLED This header accommodates 9 pin PANEL 1 see p 11 or 12 No 9 D PWRBTN several system front panel functions IDUMMY RESET SND HDLED HDLED Connect the power switch reset switch and system status indicator on the chassis to this header according to the pin assignments below Note the positive and negative pins before connecting the cables PWRBTN Power Switch Connect to the power switch on the chassis front panel You may con gure the way to turn off your system using the power switch RESET Reset Switch Connect to the reset switch on the chassis front panel Press the reset switch to restart the computer if the computer freezes and fails to perform a normal restart PLED System Power LED Connect to the power status indicator on the chassis front panel The LED is on when the system is ope

Application Prioritization You can con g ure your application s priority ideally and or add new programs Lower Latency in Game After setting online game s priority higher it can lower the latency in games Traf c Shaping You can watch Youtube HD videos and download simultaneously Real Time Analysis of Your Data With the status window you can easily recognize which data streams you are transferring currently 10 Although this motherboard offers stepless control it is not recommended to perform over clocking Frequencies other than the recommended CPU bus frequencies may cause instability of the system or damage the CPU While CPU overheat is detected the system will automatically shutdown Before you resume the system please check if the CPU fan on the moth erboard functions properly and unplug the power cord then plug it back again To improve heat dissipation remember to spray thermal grease between the CPU and the heatsink when you install the PC system EuP stands for Energy Using Product was a provision regulated by the European Union to de ne the power consumption for the completed sys tem According to EuP the total AC power of the completed system should be under 1 00W in off mode condition To meet EuP standards an EuP ready motherboard and an EuP ready power supply are required According to Intel s suggestion the EuP ready power supply must meet the standard of 5v and the standby power ef ciency should be higher
