Warranty Guidelines During your homeowner orientation we will confirm that all plumbing fixtures are in acceptable condition and that all faucets and drains operate correctly DSLD Homes Gulf Coast LLC will correct clogged drains that occur during the first 30 days after closing if a household item is removed from a clogged drain during this time we will bill you for the drain service After the first 30 days you are responsible for correcting any clogged drains Cosmetic Damage DSLD Homes Gulf Coast LLC will correct any fixture damage noted on the homeowner orientation list Repairing chips scratches or other surface damage noted subsequent to the orientation list is your responsibility Exterior Faucets DSLD Homes Gulf Coast LLC will repair leaks at exterior faucets noted on your homeowner orientation list Subsequent damage to an exterior faucet will be your responsibility Jetted Tub Care Periodic cleaning is required on whirlpool jets for best operation To clean fill the unit 2 inches above the highest jet with hot water and turn on the whirlpool system After allowing to run for 1 minute release a handfull of Cascade dishwashing powder at the suction return area Allow the whirlpool to run for 10 minutes turn pump off then drain After draining unit re rinse the cleaning process is complete Tub surfaces can be cleaned with bleach free liquid bathroom cleaning products Avoid using abrasive scrubbing materials as
