1. 2003 the manufacture Doc ref SPPL WB KO Specification nstallation and Operation doc Revision Date 11 11 2011 Page 2 of 4 STODDART Specification Installation and Operation MANUFACTURING Stainless Steel Knee Operated Wash Basins STAINLESS PLUMBING PRODUCTS I NSTALLATI ON OF KNEE OPERATED WASH BASI NS Water Supply Requirements e Water supply connection for the valve must be 15mm diameter e All Stoddart wash basins are fitted with a 40mm waste Installation of Knee Operated Wash Basins Removable All Stoddart basins are supplied with mounting holes pre punched for easy Mounting installation bracket e Remove the packing from the wash basin and check for Screws damage e Remove access panel e Unscrew the screws on either side of the basin to remove the removable galvanised bracket from the basin e Place the bracket at desired height and mark the locations of screw holes and or outline around the bracket if adhesive is being used making sure bracket is level e Ensure the water supply and waste are in the zone marked in the image to the right and the waste is approximately 673 85mm above FFL for 900mm basin height mounting bracket e Attach bolts with sufficient load bearing fixings to the wall e Fix the removable bracket to the bolts e Slide the wash basin on to the bracket ne ae e Tighten the flexible coupling fasteners and replace the screws on either side of basin ae e Repl2.
