TEL 39 051 6467711 FAX 39 051 6466178 Electric Motor 5 1 INSTALLAZIONE Posizionare il motore nella sede prevista superficie piana e assicurarlo con adeguati mezzi di fissaggio rispettando la sua forma costruttiva Il motore pu essere montato in qualunque assetto tuttavia se la ventola rivolta verso il basso si ottiene auto protezione contro la penetrazione di corpi solidi Controllare il corretto allineamento fra albero motore e parti rotanti calettate su quello e comunque che queste siano equilibrate staticamente e dinamicamente secondo ISO1940 1 per evitare l insorgere di momenti indesiderati Quando l albero collegato ad un giunto verificare che il conseguente disallineamento non generi squilibri statici e o dinamici Verificare il senso di rotazione con giunto disinnestato Prima di montare gli elementi condotti sull albero asportare dall albero le sostanze protettive anti corrosione pulirlo con uno straccio e rivestirlo di un leggero strato di grasso Calettare gli elementi condotti sull albero solo con utensili adeguati Controllare che i carichi radiali e assiali applicati all albero del motore rientrino nei limiti tollerati e indicati a catalogo o in appendice L albero del motore elettrico progettato e finito secondo IEC72 1 Per evitare di danneggiare i cuscinetti nel caso di accoppiamento forzato scaldare a circa 100 C le parti che devono essere calettate sull albero e procurare un appog

14. la contatti n alterarne in nessun modo le caratteristiche IP Nel richiuderla prestare attenzione all assenza all interno di sporco polvere umidit o contaminanti in generale alla corretta giacitura della guarnizione e al buon serraggio delle viti La tensione al motore va applicata solo dopo la richiusura della scatola Vanno comunque applicati tutti i criteri della buona tecnica Si deve prevedere una protezione contro i sovraccarichi per potenze rese maggiori di 500W in servizio termico S1 Questo si pu ottenere con un rel termico e contattore Si consiglia la protezione termica degli avvolgimenti tramite termistore o dispositivo bimetallico quando il motore posto in ambienti scarsamente ventilati esempio all interno di carter La temperatura di intervento dipende dalla classe di isolamento secondo EN60204 1 e EN60034 1 La protezione contro i sovraccarichi deve essere tarata sulla corrente a rotore bloccato del motore Il collegamento di terra va eseguito per primo collegando il cavo di terra con idonei bulloni sul basamento del motore e tramite l apposita vite dentro la morsettiera Utilizzare conduttori di sezione adeguata secondo EN 60204 1 Il dimensionamento termico e a caduta di tensione dei cavi di alimentazione al motore elettrico va eseguito secondo EN 60204 1 EN 60034 1 e i criteri della buona tecnica Per le condizioni di sovraccarico riferirsi al par 5 Al primo avvio verificare cambiare il senso di rota
15. organi accoppiati siano equilibrati correttamente e che la fondazione sia sufficientemente rigida Se durante il suo funzionamento il motore eccessivamente rumoroso si verifichi che i cuscinetti non siano significativamente usurati e necessitino quindi di sostituzione 7 ESERCIZIO Per le condizioni di funzionamento si veda il par 2 Il motore si avvia applicando ai morsetti di fase pieno valore di tensione conformemente al tipo di collegamento stella triangolo come cablato e si arresta ponendo fuori tensione i morsetti L avviamento ripetuto start stop del motore consentito solo allorch la temperatura dell avvolgimento statorico prima dell avvio non giunga a eccedere il valore di temperatura di surriscaldamento o quella corrispondente al carico nominale Non sono ammessi eccessi di coppia a regime rispetto al valore nominale anche se in certa misura sopportati EN 60034 1 Le superfici del motore possono raggiungere temperature tali da richiedere in relazione all applicazione misure protettive contro il surriscaldamento La temperatura raggiunta non deve comunque superare i 105 C Verificare periodicamente che non si siano formate incrostazioni o che si sia accumulata polvere sulla carcassa in quanto ci porterebbe ad un peggioramento dello scambio termico e quindi ad un surriscaldamento del motore secondo quanto indicato in EN60204 1 ed EN60034 1 1996 8 MANUTENZIONE Prima di svolgere attivit di man
