Operating and safety instructions Operating instructions SAFETY ADVICE A gt Dbbp gt Before using your tea and coffee maker for the first time please read through the operating instructions and this safety advice carefully This tea and coffee maker is intended for domestic use only Do not use this tea and coffee maker outside WARNING Never immerse the tea and coffee maker in water Do not use your tea and coffee maker near running or standing water or in the bathroom Do not place the glass carafe in the microwave Do not allow your tea and coffee maker to remain near sources of heat the cable and plastic components could be damaged Always take the carafe and brewing chamber out of the main unit before you fill with water Use the device only with the supplied base unit Do not remove the lid whilst the tea and coffee maker is switched on The hot steam could scold you Switch off the device press the switch 0 before you open the lid The Bifinett tea and coffee maker has an integrated safety system This automatically switches the device off again if the device has been switched on with no water in it If this occurs pull out the mains plug and let the heating element cool before you refill the device with water To switch on the device again press the switch 1 Keep a check on the tea and coffee maker whilst it is operating and do not allow children to use it ever use the tea
