WALL SCONCE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ADAPTER NOT PROVIDED WARNING To prevent elactrical shock tum off power before beginning instalation STEP 1 Turn off power before beginning instalation STEP 2 Thread 2 screws provided into acapter bracket STEP 3 Connect wires to power supply and ground leads with wire nuts provided placing wire junctions wih wire nuts inside junction box STEP 4 Attach adapter bracket to junction box with 2 screws provided by others with screws protruding toward light fixture STEP 5 Mount fixture on screws in aGapter bracket with 2 battery nuts provided STEP 6 install amp Tum on power NOTE Protective film on some brass units must be removed prior to installation Fluorescent fixtures Replace lamp with 13WF13TT PL 13 or DULUX13 only Replace ballast with Halo part BL 274 Type outdoor ballast only CAUTION Do not exceed maximum wattage indicated on fixture Quality from Cooper Industries HALO LIGHTING 696591 400 BUSSE ROAD ELK GROVE VILLAGE IL 60007
